About This Role:

Onestep is looking for a Customer Success Manager/OneStep Specialist. In this role, the Customer Success Manager has visibility into the entire company and works alongside our Sales, Product, Growth, Marketing, Operations, and R&D teams to serve our patients and partners. The ideal candidate will also help develop best practices and be open to other responsibilities.


As a Customer Success Manager you will:

• Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the Onestep team.
• Manage and own new patient and partners onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with our clients and partners to understand their needs and ensure their success with OneStep.
• Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap and user acquisition strategy.
• Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans.
• Identify opportunities for growth and build strategic plans to execute.
• Contribute to the development of OneStep (app and clinic), share best practices, and assist with the development of the company.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
• Availability to work during US hours to some extent.
• Emotional intelligence with a natural ability to read and respond to a situation in the best interests of the company and our clients.
• A level of experience in client management working towards up-sell.
• Proactive attitude that stays a step ahead of client and company needs.
• Desire to work in a startup environment and excellent teamwork skills.
• Keen sense for decision-making, prioritization, and communication while acting creatively in response to challenges both in and out of your control.
• Spot on organizational abilities – from email inbox habits and time management to the information you juggle about people, teams, clients, and products.
• Comfortable working with tech teams and engineers, as well as the different platforms we use in our day to day at work.
• Able to adapt quickly.
• Successfully manage complex projects with grace, and have an aptitude for using data to drive decisions.
• An understanding of various health conditions and the world of physical therapy treatment is preferred.
